You're invited to join us for the 10th Annual Downtown BGKY Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 17 from 11am to 5pm! We’ve extended the day by 1 hour for more Fall fun and shopping! And we’ve expanded the arts and crafts vendor area with a street fair down College Street from Fountain Square to the Houchens Small Business Accelerator’s 3rd St. block.
Find FREE admission to kids' activities, live music, craft vendors, local food trucks, the BG Trolley loop, and more at SOKY Center, The Fringe, Circus Square and Fountain Squares, and the new Houchens Small Business Accelerator.
This is Downtown BGKY's kickoff to the Fall season with family events like hay forts and inflatables, Warren County Public Library activities, the BG Trolley hop on/off service and Lil Toot, and the infamous pumpkin drops at Circus Square. Catch a Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) at Fountain Square with help from our Latino community, along with inflatables and live entertainment!
Catch BG and Warren County Parks & Rec friends with free activities, several BG area attractions offering free fun, and much more!
ALL Food and Craft vendor spots will be open soon, please follow ONLY the links that this page posts for registration. Tess Event Consulting is the official food and craft vendor volunteer organizer and ONLY messages from Tess Event Consulting are real. We expect more than 200 art and craft vendors at this event and over 40 food vendors.

Third Thursday in Downtown Gallatin - September
The season wraps up with a special performance from Gypsy Outfit and the Third Thursday Sound Showdown Finals.
Winners from the summer competitions return to compete one last time for the top prize, including studio time and a future headlining spot. With judges and crowd voting combined, this is the most exciting night of the series.
Celebrate the finale with live music, local vendors, and an energetic crowd on the Gallatin Square.

Mark your calendars! This event is hosted by Trammel Creek Homemakers. This fundraiser will raise money for our group to help those in our community. For example, scholarships for graduating ACS students, providing meals for VH Dream Center warming shelter and many other volunteer opportunities.
Donations for Ovarian Cancer Screening and Research will be accepted for admittance.
